The Radish is a monthly Energy Mediation Group which meets from 2-3:30 pm on the 3rd Sunday of each month. It is free and open to everyone who is interested in getting in touch with their inner self.
Attending The Radish will afford you with opportunities to learn and experience a variety of meditation techniques, many of which are utilized by Reiki practioners. Please understand that these meditation techniques can be practiced by everyone. These are Energy Meditation Techniques, not just Reiki Techniques. For those who wish it, a special Reiki Reiju (blessing) can also be experienced.
The goal of The Radish is to provide you with a variety of tools for expanding your consciousness and deepening your own spiritual practices. To meet that goal, you will be guided through various breathing techniques, body movements, sounds experiences, and mindfullness tea.
It is thought that there needs to be an exchange for what one receives or else the receiver may not truely value what the giver has provided. From Japanese wisdom, it was once said that if given from the heart, a simple radish would be payment enough.
The Energy Meditation Techniques at The Radish are given to you from the heart. In exchange it is hoped that you return kindness from your heart by helping Mother Earth and plant seeds in your garden or yard.
